A doula supports you emotionally, physically, and informationally — before, during, and after birth. I’m not delivering the baby; I’m making sure you feel prepared, calm, and cared for at every stage, including the postpartum weeks that often get overlooked.

I specialize in supporting unmedicated, natural-minded births, and I’m comfortable in hospital, birth center, or home settings. We’ll talk through your birth plan together so I know exactly how to support your specific goals — including how to advocate for yourself and, if needed, find the right provider.

In-person support is available in Puyallup, WA and the surrounding Pierce, Thurston, and South King County areas. The Unmedicated Academy and coaching calls are available to clients anywhere in the U.S. via Zoom.

Most families reach out between 20–30 weeks, though I’m happy to talk earlier if you’re still deciding on your birth plan, or later if baby is on the way sooner than expected. Book a consultation call to find the right timing for you.

Many clients use HSA or FSA funds toward doula services — I’ll provide an itemized receipt for you to submit. Some insurance plans offer partial doula reimbursement; I recommend checking with your provider directly.
